SHIPPING
If you place your order before 12:00 (noon) on a working day, we aim to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday will typically be shipped on Monday.
PAYMENT
You can safely and easily pay for your order via iDEAL or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If you pay by credit card, the amount will be charged immediately.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for orders over €50. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €4.95 (NL) or €6.50 (BE & DE). For Luxembourg and France, free shipping applies from €100. Below that amount, we charge €9.50. Do you live in another country? RETURNS
Changed your mind? No worries — we keep it simple.
RETURNS
Not completely happy with your purchase? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please include the completed packing slip or return form with your return shipment.
Return shipping costs and risks are your own responsibility. Check your shipping provider's website for current rates. Once we've received and inspected the items, your refund will be processed as soon as possible via the original payment method. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
